A healthy upgrade for energy drinks which tastes great. Lots of B vitamins which are known to be good for the adrenal glands and a healthy body.
It gives you lasting energy for 3-4 hours because of its nutritional value, rather than the short energy burst and crash of other energy drinks (the graph below shows energy from solstic lasting for 4 hours without the crash while other energy drinks, coffee, and pop are less than 2 hours, but can create a crash.
Simply mix the packet with water...30 in a box and it works out to about a $1 per drink at retail.
