Going Outside The Box...A Bigger Picture!

Have you ever thought about what your body does with your food when you eat and why? Have you ever thought that it actually isn't the food your body needs, but the energy that is in the food that it needs? And how can you find out if a particular food is right for you and your bodies needs?
You can of course see the food as you are about to put it into your mouth, but what is most important is what you don't see!
It's the energy that is in the food that is most important.
For example, lets say you were going into a health food store to buy some lettuce. On the shelf you saw some lettuce that was organic, crisp, green, healthy looking, and absolutely tantalizing. Right beside it you saw the same type and brand of letuce, but it was wilty, had a brown decomposing look on its edges, and looks like it should have a red special sticker on it...preferrably saying free.
Which one would you purchase? Well, most of you would agree to go for the healthy looking one. Why would you do that? It has more energy. You know it would be better for you!
You can't see the energy itself, but you see its manifestation in the tantalizing look or the it should go in the garbage can look.
What I am saying here is to begin making choices based on what is most important...the energy... the Vital Energy that is in the food. You more vital energy it has the more nutrients and life giving it is to your body.
The next step would be to make sure that the vital energy in that food is right for your body. Just because that lettuce looks so good and is beeming with energy doesn't mean that it can be absorbed for your body or be of benefit for you.
The assumption that it is good and right for you is what can get you into trouble. As has been said one person's food is another person's poision.
That is why the best thing to do is to make sure through Energy Reflex Testing (ERT) that it is right for you.
This is the tool I use to make sure that something is right for me...and this is what I use with others so that I KNOW that a particular food is good for them. Without this you are at the whims of the next diet plan that could be helpful, but is unlikely to bring you to that place of ABSOLUTE CLARITY about what is right for you.
