I know that along your journey to Total Wellness you will be working with your food choices and determining what those best choices will be. In most cases this will involve your kitchen....items in the fridge, supplies in the cupboards, using the stoves/ovens and working with recipes. For some people the kitchen is a comfortable place, but for many it is a place that can be intimidating and awkward. This is dedicated to all manner of kitchen go-ers or non-go-ers.

To help discover what foods are your best choices, complete the food experience journal below for a few weeks ... the foods/meals that give you energy and leave you feeling satisfied and light in the digestion and stomach area obviously are a match for you.
BIG FOOTNOTE: Finding the specific foods that are best for you is always a process, and since meals usually are made up of a combination of different foods it may take many weeks or months to narrow down your list.
