Thinking
There is something miraculous that is occuring within you in EVERY MOMENT!
The thoughts you have directly communicate to every cell, organ, and tissue in your body. The foods you eat are broken down into the raw material that feeds your brain and body. And all for what? So that you can consciously create your life, to enjoy life, to be happy, to be wealthy, to be radiantly healthy.
In other words, you do not have to be hindered by the seemingly endless problems in your body and in our world that are focused on by the media. Things can change, you can change, and reap the rewards of a journey rarely taken, but more satisfying than you could possibly imagine. The result of an inward change brings immediate change in you and everyone else around you.
Becoming self-aware of your thinking is a journey of honesty. It is a realization that you can change the parts of you that you keep hidden from everyone else.
My focus is to help you understand YOU in a safe environment!
The payoff? When you change your thinking you get to experience something new in your life instead of the same, boring, repetitious reality that no longer serves you.
Eating
I find it tiresome to hear of the latest fad diet promising you everything. DIETs herd you into a belief system like cattle, and, well, you know what happens in the end.
The key is to find out what works for YOU! I don't care if you need something for your body that goes against every diet plan that is out there. If it is good for you and your body then that is what you should do.
My focus with you is to find out and tailor what works for your body. This is a process takes a short period of time...only one session per month using ERT. Wouldn't it be great to KNOW what foods to eat and avoid for YOU? You would no longer need to be swayed by the latest diet phase or endless nutritional experts that may know nothing about you and what will help you. I am here to help you connect with YOU!
It is important for you to know what foods, supplements, and Super Foods your body needs. It is making a choice to no longer live in limiation and lack...by someone elses rules. By being consistent with what is tested you will find out the truth for you and your body.
Living Well
What do you mean live well? Well, what is life all about?
You want to feel better. You want to eliminate any pain, suffering, or condition. You want to have more energy. Great, but once you have accomplished it, but then what?
Living well is all about the meaning in your life, and your ability to be free to who you are!
You have to have meaning to get up every day, to go to work, or to do whatever it is that you do.
Meaning sustains you through difficult times. Meaning brings happiness and joy much more often. It uplifts, it enlivens, it revitalizes the cells....it changes everything!
I will help you identify your meaning or help you create the meaning in my consults. Your meaning can change once you accomplish your goals that you thought brought the ultimate meaning...only to realize that there is so much more. This is great! That is the journey!
Living well has everything to do with the one who makes the decisions...YOU!
Think, Eat, and Live Well...If this is what you want then the door is open. It is possible for you to have it all, but is must be done by being given a lot of knowledge, having an experience from what you learned, and gaining the wisdom from it.
