'You Can Have It All' Mindset

Here is the starting point...the 4 key elements of the "You Can Have It All" Mindset!

1). What do you really, really want?

Contemplate what you want with absolute acceptance that you can do it...that it already is.

Be present, in the moment, with what you want. Think about it, impress it firmly into your mind. Create the new picture in your mind...crystalize the new picture of you. Focus on it everyday. Have it become a part of you.

2). Getting beyond all the objections

Do thoughts of doubt come in when you think about question number 1? You're not alone...it is common. That is the objection, the reason, why you can't or shouldn't.  If you get beyond this you are on your way to what you want.

Do thoughts of judgment come in like "I already knew this?" Then my question to you is "Why don't you act on it?" That is the attitude that objects to you becoming greater. The key is to unlayer or peel back all the attitudes you have to get to the real you to make what you want manifest.

Do you feel yourself getting emotional? Why? Take a look at it. That is one of the objections. What are the deep seated thoughts and beliefs that you have about you that is creating the emotion?

***Any built in assumptions and conclusions you have about you and your life become habit...they just go on automatic duplicating what you have already experienced.  Examine these automatic unchecked responses to see if they are still true for you. The quick assumptions and conclusions are often emotional. Why are they? Because "that is the way it is supposed to be." But, according to who?

3). Understanding that "Everything is Energy"

Quantum Physics tells us that all things in our physical world, or in mass, come from the world of tiny particles. It is an energetic chaotic world. Although it can be hard to initially understand, everyting physical is vibrating in wave like patterns that are unseen to the human eye...nonetheless it is there.

What is most interesting is that the tiny creates the big that we can see.  It is the invisible, the intangible, and the etheric that create all that we can touch, taste, and smell.

In other words their is a cause and effect world occuring energetically whether we realize it or not. 

In health, in wealth, and in happiness and joy their is also a cause and effect world. Why are some people healthy, but not wealthy? Why are some wealthy, but not happy? Why are some seem to be happy, but not healthy or wealthy?

Whatever is showing up in your life is the effect world.  To get to the root is to go to the causal world. By looking at the causal energetic factors of our thoughts and changing them we will then see a difference in the effect world...our body, our finances, our happiness, and our relationships.

Our thoughts are energetic patterns that directly communicate with the body.  They can not be contained in the body either.  They radiate from you. Do you know of people that radiate love and kindness? do you know of people that radiate judment, sadness, or victimization? It all comes from the energetic patterns of thought.

By focussing only on the effect world in our life, or getting emotionally lost in the effect world, we can forget what the real cause was...us! For more information to understand you can click here where I give further details.

4). Focus On Building YOU and YOUR Body!

Many make assumptions, powerful conclusions, about their body and about themselves without thinking about whether that information is true.

The assumptions you make are the unchecken thoughts that habitually come into your mind.

Take a moment to contemplate what your assumptions are.

When you put taking care of you and your body as the top priorities in your life you will find that you will be on a journey where you will finally understand and know greater truths than you could ever be told. 

If you are a caring person, you may find what caring really means. If you like to help people, you may find the best ways to help. If you want to do what is best for your family, you may find the most effective and lasting ways to do that. 

You may realize that what you assumed to be true is much different than before, but much more fulfulling to you and everyone around you!
